Tier One Entertainment unveils Bent Pixels Asia partnership

Southeast Asian esports talent agency Tier One Entertainment has announced a partnership with Youtube ads agency Bent Pixels Asia.

As part of the deal, both parties will work together to accelerate Tier One’s esports and gaming creators to increase their revenue from YouTube reserved media offerings. The partnership will also officially sees Bent Pixels Asia expand into the Philippines.

According to the release, Tier One’s creators will connect with advertisers through BPA’s YouTube Reserved Media deals. This service gives advertisers the ability to buy secure ‘sought-after’ ad spaces. In addition, Tier One creators will gain access to branded content deals and premium tools.

BPA will also offer creator development programmes for Tier One talent who have YouTube channels to help them grow their reach and subscribers base. These programmes will include workshops, tools and troubleshooting support that will help them upgrade their video content.

BPA is part of HEPMIL Media Group, a network of technology-driven media companies including digital creator agency HEPMIL Creators’ Network and various SEA-based comedy brands. Additionally, the company works with popular creators such as T1’s Faker, Valkyrae and NickMercs.

“We’ve been saying for years – since Tier One was founded, one of our main goals is to open doors for aspiring creators, for gamers with big dreams, and we strongly believe that our partnership with Bent Pixels Asia is going to help us fulfil that goal.”

Last year, Tier One announced its expansion into the Japanese market. The organisation also revealed that it aims to launch its very own idol group in Japan in an attempt to bridge the gap between gaming and mainstream trends.

Tier One also owns Southeast Asian esports organisation Blacklist International. The organisation is incredibly prominent within Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, with its team winning the title’s most recent world championship last year.
