Multinational esports organisation Team Liquid has appointed Işıkcan Aysev as its Senior Vice President (SVP) of Commercial.

Since November 2021, Aysev previously worked as the Chief Commercial Officer at European esports organisation Heroic. As Team Liquid’s CCO he will be responsible for sales, partnerships, and new business development for the organisation.

Prior to joining Heroic, Işıkcan worked as a management consultant for 12 years at the consulting firm Kearney, working with clients from various continents in consumer goods, retail and automotive, among other sectors.

Aysev will be looking to further strengthen Team Liquid’s portfolio of partners, which already includes major brands such as hardware brand Alienware, cryptocurrency exchange platform coinbase, car maker Honda, and energy drink Monster Energy, among others.

Team Liquid’s latest collaboration was with game developer Illuvium last year in November. The deal included nine of Team Liquid’s streamers playing Illuvium: Arena and showcasing the game’s competitive PvP mode.

The announcement was made via Aysev’s LinkedIn profile. An excerpt of the post read: “TL is a winning team, and I’m here to serve and support its continued success.

“Entrusted with the care of one of the best sponsor portfolios in the business, I will strive to be worthy of that trust and aim to create partnerships that elevate our brand.”

Founded in 2000 with headquarters in three different countries, Team Liquid is a leading organisation in the esports industry. The company fielded teams in over 15 esports titles and boasts a multi-regional presence. After creating two Alienware Training Facilities in Los Angeles, United States, and Utrecht, Netherlands, Team Liquid built its third facility in São Paulo, Brazil in 2023.

ESI Ranking System
We’ve created a ranking system to help you quickly know how good each gambling platform is. As gamblers ourselves, we know which factors matter most to you, so we follow a best-in-class methodology to test each one with no stone unturned. Once done, we then rank each platform based on the following tiers:
  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
