Annual awards ceremony The Game Awards has extended its partnership with Indian esports and gaming company NODWIN Gaming.

As a result, the company has secured exclusive regional distribution rights for the ceremony taking place on December 12th in Los Angeles, California.

NODWIN Gaming will distribute the 10th edition of The Game Awards in India, Myanmar, Uzbekistan, Thailand, Malaysia, and other countries across Asia. According to a release, the aim is to show the ceremony to a wider audience across the world. The ceremony will be accessible through ’17 additional distribution channels’ that include TV and OTT offerings.

The Game Awards and NODWIN Gaming have collaborated for over half a decade to grow the gaming ecosystem across emerging markets across the world. By securing the exclusive distribution rights to the ceremony, the company looks to build ‘a deeper connection between global gaming culture and local audiences’ to create better viewing experiences in local markets.

The Game Awards celebrates various categories within the gaming industry. The ceremony also features categories for best esports game, best esports athlete and best esports team.

2024 has been a strong year for NODWIN Gaming. In November, it acquired gaming agency Trinity Gaming. Meanwhile, December saw the company secure a multi-million investment from its parent company Nazara Technologies.

Geoff Keighley, Founder and host of The Game Awards, spoke on the deal: “We are excited to continue our partnership with NODWIN to bring The Game Awards to more viewers in more emerging markets around the world. Our 10th-anniversary show will be the biggest global celebration of games.”

ESI Ranking System
We’ve created a ranking system to help you quickly know how good each gambling platform is. As gamblers ourselves, we know which factors matter most to you, so we follow a best-in-class methodology to test each one with no stone unturned. Once done, we then rank each platform based on the following tiers:
  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
