ESL has revealed all 104 teams that will compete in the ESL Challengers League Season 50 Cup #1 tournament across all five regions.

The Counter-Strike 2 tournament is one of four cups, a double-elimination bracket held within each respective region. The winner of each cup will qualify for the ESL Challenger League Season 50 Regional Finals, a single elimination bracket where the winner qualifies for ESL Pro League Season 23.

Eighty-nine teams have been invited based on the Valve Regional Standings from July 7th, 2025. Twenty-four come from Europe, 17 from North America, South America has 16, Asia has eight and Oceania has four. The remaining 35 teams have qualified through the ESEA League Season 52 and 53, which saw qualification adjustments. ESL has stated that teams have until July 28th, 2025 to submit their final rosters.

These are all the invited teams for ESL Challengers League Season 50 Cup #1 in each region, alongside every organisation that declined invitations.

ESI Ranking System
We’ve created a ranking system to help you quickly know how good each gambling platform is. As gamblers ourselves, we know which factors matter most to you, so we follow a best-in-class methodology to test each one with no stone unturned. Once done, we then rank each platform based on the following tiers:
  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
