100 Thieves has announced that it has entered a strategic partnership with Theta Network, a cloud infrastructure provider for AI, media, and entertainment.

The collaboration will integrate an AI agent into the American organisation’s e-commerce platforms, social media, and community channels, acting as a personalised guide for fans.

The AI agent will advise esports fans on the latest tournament results, performance highlights, and standings across various competitive titles such as VALORANT, Call of Duty, League of Legends and more.

For example, fans can search for the latest VALORANT schedule or check the stats of the organisation’s various rosters while perusing 100 Thieves’ website.

The assistant programme will be featured on Shopify, providing insights for fans while shopping, including stock levels, sizes, availability and the history behind the brand’s past fashion collaborations.

Furthermore, fans can also use the chatbot to catch up on the most iconic moments from its creators.

Julie Van, Chief Operating Officer of 100 Thieves, said in the release: “Fans will be able to jump onto our site, ask the AI agent where to find an exclusive piece of apparel, and at the same time pull up the latest schedule from one of our teams, all in one interaction.

“By partnering with Theta Network, we’re building a smarter, more connected experience that brings every part of 100 Thieves to life in real time.”

100 Thieves Becomes the Latest Organisation to Join Theta

The organisation’s new AI agent uses Theta Network’s GPU infrastructure and over 30,000 distributed nodes run by community members to readily provide information to fans. It has become the latest esports organisation to team up with the cloud infrastructure provider, joining Cloud9, NRG, and Dignitas’ AI chatbots.

“100 Thieves has proven that esports organisations can transcend competition to become cultural powerhouses,” said Mitch Liu, co-founder and CEO of Theta Labs.

“Once up and running their new Shopify-integrated e-commerce AI agent, on Theta’s distributed infrastructure, will deliver live commerce data, real-time inventory, and to their passionate fanbase.”

ESI Ranking System
We’ve created a ranking system to help you quickly know how good each gambling platform is. As gamblers ourselves, we know which factors matter most to you, so we follow a best-in-class methodology to test each one with no stone unturned. Once done, we then rank each platform based on the following tiers:
  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
