Gen.G has announced its expansion into Call of Duty: Warzone esports with the signing of the former All Gamers roster.
Rhys ‘Rated‘ Price, ‘Natedogg,’ and Callum ‘ScummN‘ Taylor will represent the multinational esports organisation at the upcoming World Series of Warzone 2025 event.
Unveiled by Rated in a social media post on September 25th, 2025, Gen.G becomes the latest esports organisation to expand into Call of Duty’s battle royale title. The organisation is one of 15 that is fielding a roster at the title’s season-ending event taking place in Las Vegas, Nevada, on October 1st.
Rated is no stranger to the world of Call of Duty esports, having competed in the Call of Duty World League (CWL) for several teams, including Red Reserve, Denial Esports, and Splyce. In 2020, the Welshman represented the London Royal Ravens in the Call of Duty League (CDL).
This particular trio has competed in Warzone esports since June. In August, it scored a seventh-place finish at the Esports World Cup 2025, taking home $43,000 (~£32,203) in prize money.
Gen.G’s expansion into Warzone marks the organisation’s return to Call of Duty. In 2019, it fielded a North American roster in the CWL Pro League, scoring a top-four finish in the regular season.
Gen.G’s Continued Expansion
Gen.G has continued to cement its place as one of the largest esports organisations in the world through new partnerships and fielding rosters in new titles.
In September, the organisation unveiled its new Marvel Rivals roster ahead of Ignite Stage 2 after releasing four players in August.
Outside of its esports rosters, it has joined forces with the likes of McDonald’s as part of its Campus Takeover initiative, aiming to provide students opportunities to network with professionals within the industry.
Elsewhere, it partnered with Theta Labs in June in a deal that brought its mascot to life in the form of an AI-powered chatbot.
