Additionally, Euronics will have in-store activations across all of its markets, featuring branding in its stores and at the tournament in Hamburg.

John Olsen, Managing Director of Euronics International discussed the deal: “The popularity and flexibility of partnering with ESL in esports has provided the Euronics Group with an exciting opportunity to collaborate simultaneously across all our markets, those carrying the Euronics logo as well as those Euronics members with strong local brands such as Boulanger (France) and Teknosa (Turkey).

“For us, providing ‘a human touch in a digital world’ is our guiding principle in everything we do both instore and online. With direct access to an extremely engaged audience across multiple channels we identified great synergies with ESL. We both have a passion for creating meaningful and unforgettable experiences for our customers and fans.”

Other sponsors of the upcoming ESL One in Hamburg include Intel, paysafecard, Mercedes-Benz, DHL, Vodafone, Mtn Dew AMP Game Fuel, and ASUS ROG.

Bernhard Mogk, SVP Global Sales & Business Development at ESL added: “We are thrilled to announce our partnership with a leading European retail group like Euronics and we are extremely proud they have chosen to partner with ESL for this first-ever groupwide sponsorship. Considering our mission to grow esports on a global scale and developing a scene where ‘everybody can be somebody’, Euronics is a natural fit with a significant footprint across all relevant key markets.”

Esports Insider says: The sponsors and partners of ESL One Hamburg, on a large non-endemic scale, is one of the more impressive rosters we’ve seen so far in esports. We’re interested to see exactly how Euronics choose to activate this deal, especially since it’s a group-wide, large-scale partnership.

We’ve created a ranking system to help you quickly know how good each gambling platform is. As gamblers ourselves, we know which factors matter most to you, so we follow a best-in-class methodology to test each one with no stone unturned. Once done, we then rank each platform based on the following tiers:
  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
