BLAST has also sold regional broadcast rights to BLAST Premier to the likes of DAZN, TV 2 Denmark, Winstrike, RTP, and ES1. Earlier this week, it was announced that TV 2 Norway had acquired the Norwegian media rights to the ESL Pro Tour.

Jansen Hagen, Editor in Chief for TV 2 Sports, also spoke on the deal: “We are really excited to be able to broadcast Blast Premier in Norway. Esports has come a really long way and BLAST is a prime example of that. TV 2 has more than 25 years of experience as humble custodians of the Norwegian peoples’ passion for sports, and we aim to do the same for esports.”

Esports Insider says: More and more of these deals are being announced as of late, and we’re just glad that tournament organisers are working to monetise their products. TV 2 Norway now has the rights to BLAST Premier and ESL Pro Tour, two of the biggest event series in the entire CS:GO scene.
