Networking | Education | Debate

It’s been three years since ESI was last in the USA for one of our flagship events, but we’re back with a bang for ESI Washington D.C 2022!

Join us for an exciting few days unlike any previous ESI event in which we wholeheartedly embrace the strengths of the US capital. We will be bringing our trademark combination of networking, education and content to DC, with a specialised focus on governance, and esports’ growth around the world.

Join us for a unique day of tours around select embassies located in the city, as we aim to give our attendees a real feel for the global nature of the esports industry. Networking events will include an exclusive riverboat tour taking in the historic skyline of the city, along with a party on the wharfs you won’t soon forget, whilst our second, more traditional, conference day is set to feature views of the US Treasury Department and an easy walk to the White House, all from a historic building in Downtown D.C.

All that and more as we’ll be joined by our usual cocktail of regional and global leaders from in and around the space. ESI Washington DC is an event you won’t want to miss!

Welcome drinks in an exclusive location

Scenic riverboat tour (limited) taking in the sights of the capital

A party on the Wharf, for those who haven’t got their sea legs

Post-show social in a historic venue in downtown DC

The opening day will feature something wholly new in the realm of esports conferences – we’ll head to Massachusetts Avenue for a day of learning and cultural exchange at a series of national embassies on the historic thoroughfare.

Join us to delve into all that esports is and can be to people all around the world, and experience high level networking and hospitality throughout.

For the second day, our attendees will gather in a historic venue in downtown DC as we tackle the issues that lie closer to home.

Meet and hear from global titans in and around the industry, and expect outcome focused discussions on the governance, development and betterment of the space. This will include everything from esports’ treatment by governments, through to its relationship and positioning with local communities, collegiate and professional sport through to commercialisation and establishing sustainable business models in all aspects of the industry.

For now please enquire via [email protected] or any member of the Esports Insider team to find out more about tickets and secure your passes. We will have registration options implemented as usual for each event early in 2022!

Whilst we’d love to live in a world where we don’t have to worry about COVID, that is unfortunately not the case. Please rest assured that the ESI team continues to track the progress of the virus and its many variants, and should it cause us to have to cancel our event, or it prevents your attendance, we will offer refunds to all attendees.

We will also institute rules and guidelines for attendees in the run up to the event to ensure that, should the pandemic be a factor in Washington DC, we are prepared to mitigate any risk to which they are exposed.
