FATE Esports is said to have competitors and streamers across Jordan, Bulgaria, Pakistan, Germany, Serbia, and Qatar – all of which will receive headsets, mice, and other products in HyperX’s range. The deal will also see the peripherals brand supply the organisation’s training facility, in which Orange owns the naming rights.

Mohammad Majali, Founding Partner of FATE esports, spoke on the deal in a release: “It’s an honor to have HyperX propel us in our journey. What a great opportunity to collaborate with a brand we’ve been loyal to since the very start. We can think of no better sponsor to be alongside us for this quest. Welcome to the new wave!”

FATE Esports currently fields competitors in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Dota 2, PUBG Mobile, and Tekken 7. It entered a partnership with Orange in May after establishing a collaborative relationship in the final quarter of 2019.

Hani Suwwan, Business Development Manager for HyperX MENA, added: “HyperX has always invested in esports and is excited to be continuing this tradition. We hope that the products used by the global network and training arena will enable players to reach their pro esport potential and support the next generation of players.”

Esports Insider says: This is a run of the mill partnership but it’s a little better to see considering the Middle East doesn’t receive as many sponsorship dollars as other regions when it comes to esports. With Orange and now HyperX, FATE Esports is evidently looking to flip the script.
