UK-focused university esports organiser The NUEL has established a strategic, health-based partnership with Gscience.
The alliance is described as long-term but the length of the deal has not been disclosed at the time of writing.

Aiming to develop “healthy gaming strategies” to promote both physical and mental health to students, the partnership will be activated through content on health and in-game performance, Gscience’s practitioners sharing insights, research into the UK grassroots community, and esports performing coaching support for The NUEL’s teams.
Ryan Scollan, Co-founder and CEO of Gscience, commented on the partnership: “We are very excited to be working with The NUEL. Now more than ever Gscience is committed to working with others in the industry to create a healthier and happier ecosystem for gamers. Given that Josh and I are two Loughbrough Graduates it’s great to be able to give back to the student gaming community.”

The first activation will take place on October 14th in the form of a live stream in which Gscience practitioners will discuss “practical topics aimed at helping student gamers” and fielding questions from them.
