Web3 esports platform FITCHIN has announced a partnership with Argentinian esports organisation Leviatán.

As part of the deal, Leviatán will use FITCHIN’s fully gamified platform to build a fan loyalty programme through memberships.

This means that fans of the organisation will get the chance to vote on the use of the community’s treasury funds and participate in the team’s future Web3 developments. The first round of fans to get the membership will gain extra benefits for being ‘founding members’ — including a prize pool distributed in FITCHIN’s native currency, $CHIN.

Founded in 2020, Leviatán has experienced rapid growth and has become one of Argentina’s most notable esports organisations. Its VALORANT team recently jumped into the global spotlight thanks to its performance at Champions 2022. Moreover, Leviatán was recently selected as a partner team for the VCT’s Americas international league.

Outside of VALORANT, the organisation has rosters across CS:GO, League of Legends, Rocket League, Call of Duty: Warzone, Wilf Rift and Free Fire.

FITCHIN becomes the latest addition to Leviatán’s growing roster of partners, including KFC, entertainment outlet Cultura Geek, tech store Aftech, streaming platform Flow and vacuum robot manufacturer iRobot.

As for FITCHIN, this partnership joins the ranks of similar deals with KRÜ Esports and Furious Gaming, which also have roots in LATAM. Through these collaborations, the company continues making strides in its quest to become part of the international esports ecosystem. In addition, FITCHIN plans to boost the existing relationship between esports and blockchain through its launch on Solana.

Gaston Santourian, Marketing Director at FITCHIN, commented on the partnership: “Leviatán has been one of the fastest growing teams in the region over the past few years, not only in the esports field but also by offering more opportunities to create bonds with its fanbase.

“FITCHIN supports that vision, with the promise of providing the necessary technological support to be one step ahead of creating unique and exclusive fan experiences.”
