Game data company GRID Esports has expanded its 2023 Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) data partnership to now include the Lima Major.

As part of the expansion, GRID will provide data services including data management and distribution, data security services and integrity monitoring.

The Lima Major is the first Dota 2 Major of the year, taking place between February 22nd and March 5th at Arena 1, Costa Verde San Miguel. The event is organised by tournament platform Epulze and esports production company 4D Esports.

Earlier this year, Valve confirmed the Winter Tour of the DPC will culminate in Lima, Peru, while the Spring Tour will conclude with the Berlin Major. In addition, Indonesia will host the Summer Tour grand event with the Bali Major, taking place in June and July. This is the first time a Major will take place in Peru and Indonesia.

GRID expanded its partnership with tournament organiser PGL earlier this year, to become the official game data partner of three DPC regions in 2023: North America, West Europe and China. Alongside the Lima Major, the data company will also provide its services to the Bali Major.

“GRID is an established partner for the majority of Valve’s Dota 2 tournaments in the market and their expertise with this title is invaluable.”

Recently, GRID also struck deals with esports betting-related companies DATA.BET and Pinnacle in a bid to further enrich its portfolio of prominent betting platforms and bookmakers.

ESI Ranking System
We’ve created a ranking system to help you quickly know how good each gambling platform is. As gamblers ourselves, we know which factors matter most to you, so we follow a best-in-class methodology to test each one with no stone unturned. Once done, we then rank each platform based on the following tiers:
  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
