Esports job platform TEN.GG has expanded its management team via the appointment of Chris Kissack as its Business Development Manager.

Kissack will be responsible for raising the platform’s profile within the esports and gaming industries.

Prior to joining the platform, Kissack spent two years as the esports advisor for Digital Isle of Man, an agency acting on behalf of the Isle of Man Government which continues to expand its presence within esports.

In addition to raising awareness of the platform, Kisack will collaborate with TEN.GG’s management team to create a range of content for its social media channels.

Founded in 2022, TEN.GG provides job-seekers with a variety of roles posted by esports organisations, tournament organisers, and game developers. The platform’s headquarters is located in Malta, a country continuing to cement its position as a frontrunner within the esports industry following partnerships with the likes of CS:GO’s Champion of Champions Tour and the ESL Pro League.

The development of job platforms dedicated to esports and gaming shows no signs of slowing down. In December 2022, Hitmarker secured a strategic partnership with health insurance firm SafetyWing.

Kissack spoke on his new role at TEN.GG: “I could not be more excited to join TEN. Having been involved in the competitive video gaming space long before it was called esports, I have always gravitated to and championed the importance of authenticity.

“What they have built embodies the ethos of authenticity, solutions built by gamers for gamers, and others just as passionate about the industries.”
