Spanish esports organisation Team Queso has announced a partnership with trading card game Foxtrot Command.

As a result of the collaboration, Team Queso will create exclusive content, tournaments and team-branded events aimed at both communities.

The multi-faceted deal will also feature Team Queso’s roster of streamers, with its creators streaming Foxtrot Command tournaments and providing commentary on the game. The organisation’s first Foxtrot Command tournament is set to take place at the end of April.

Founded in 2021, Foxtrot Command is an online trading card game that utilises NFTs. Players face off against each other using card decks, with cards bought, sold or traded on a marketplace.

Alongside its team of content creators, Team Queso has a variety of esports rosters that compete in titles such as Honor of Kings, Brawl Stars, League of Legends and VALORANT. The Spanish organisation also has a competitive division for NFT-based online video game Axie Infinity. Some of Team Queso’s commercial partners include the likes of Elgato, Bizak and Razer, among others.

Team Queso isn’t the first organisation to team up with a blockchain-focused game. In 2022, multiple notable esports organisations announced a partnership with Guild of Guardians.
