WeDoCRM was founded in 2020 and is a prominent CRM agency in the UK. The company specialises in providing CRM solutions that connect brands to their customers and advises on strategies and best practices for employing CRM strategies. The company’s clients include the likes of Volvo, Emirates and the Alibaba Group.

The partnership with ESL FACEIT Group is a large one and will include several key CRM areas. CRM is a system that is used to manage all interactions with users, for example, sales leads, inventory management and marketing. EFG will work together with WeDoCRM on four key areas: Management of brand campaign execution, creation and delivery of a CRM campaign calendar, optimisation and segmentation of persona tools, ownership of CRM campaigns, and ownership of commercial objectives.

In short, WeDoCRM will oversee EFG’s entire CRM strategy. This includes helping the brand create a buyer journey; working with EFG’s marketing and commercial teams to create a CRM campaign calendar; helping create personas and overseeing commercial objectives.

Matthew Watson, Co-Founder at WeDoCRM commented on the partnership: “We are thrilled to partner with ESL Face It Group, a true titan in the esports industry. This collaboration exemplifies our commitment to delivering innovative and results-driven CRM marketing solutions.

“We look forward to leveraging our expertise to elevate ESL Face It Group’s brand and drive measurable success across their commercial objectives.”

Alongside WeDoCRM, ESL FACEIT Group has secured a range of partnerships with companies in 2024. Notably, these include Znipe Esports, Activision Blizzard and Intel.
