Esports odds provider Abios has extended its partnership with esports data company Bayes Esports to secure access to real-time Counter-Strike 2 and Dota 2 data.

According to a release, Abios will have access to several Counter-Strike and Dota 2 tournaments including the ESL Pro League, BLAST Premier and the ESL One tournament circuit. The data provided by Bayes Esports enables the company to provide more accurate pricing in its odds feed.

In addition to enhancing the accuracy of data, Abios will use its improved data access to create a scoreboard to improve the betting experience for its users. Alongside scoreboards, the data will integrate into existing betting products provided by the company.

Abios continues to cement its position as one of the leading esports odds providers in the esports industry. In June 2024, it appointed Rasmus Schmidt Christensen as its new head of Odds Operations and also extended its partnership with data platform GRID.

Alongside Abios, 2024 has been a year of collaboration for Bayes Esports. June saw the company partner with fantasy sports provider PrizePicks and become the data supplier of the Esports World Cup.

Anton Janér, Founder and Managing Director of Abios, spoke on the expansion: “With a heritage in esports data, we’ve always worked with data providers and tournament organisers at different levels to obtain data directly from the source.

“As such, we’re excited to continue our partnership and deliver markets in Counter-Strike 2 and Dota 2 built on top of data delivered by Bayes Esports.”
