Riot Games will be releasing a brand-new map in VALORANT with patch 11.00 to celebrate the game’s fifth anniversary.
Unlike previous maps that were typically added to ranked mode a week after launch, this new map will be available in the competitive queue from day one.
Since it will take players some time to adjust to the new map, Riot Games will be offering a special bonus as compensation. Players will lose only 50% of their RR on defeat, but if they win, they will earn the full 100% of it.
Riot Games gave fans a sneak peek at the new map in ‘5 Years of VALORANT // Act 3 Kickoff Trailer,’ although its name is yet to be announced.
Apart from this, a free event pass will also be available, offering anniversary-themed rewards to all players. All items can be unlocked simply by playing matches, and according to the leaks by VALORANTLeaksEN, the pass will be available from June 2nd to 24th.

- 5 Years Buddy: 500 XP
- All Together Now Card: 2600 XP
- 5 Years Spray: 3,400 XP
- Party Of One Card: 4,400 XP
- 5 Years Title: 5,800 XP
- Made It Myself Card: 7,500 XP
- Thread Swap Card: 9,800 XP
- 10 Radianite Points: 12,700 XP
- 5 Years Card: 16,500 XP
- 5 Years Flex: 21,400 XP
Alongside announcing a new map, VALORANT’s recent dev update also revealed that Unreal Engine 5 will arrive in patch 11.02, along with Replay System in patch 11.06. Moreover, Riot Games has teased major changes to its VALORANT Champions Tour ecosystem in 2027.
When will VALORANT patch 11.00 release?
Riot Games hasn’t officially confirmed the release date for VALORANT Patch 11.00. However, it is expected to drop on June 24th or 25th, based on previous update cycles.
The patch will also bring a new battle pass, featuring both premium and free rewards, along with a new skin bundle in the store. Lastly, team tags are also coming to Premier for those participating in Weekly Matches with the update.
