Gaming peripherals manufacturer SteelSeries has partnered up with French esports organisation 3DMAX as the team sets foot on Counter-Strike’s international stage in the second half of 2025.

According to the collaboration, SteelSeries will be providing the latest line of products to 3DMAX’s players, with the logo featured on the team’s jersey. 3DMAX will also help develop future products and upcoming esports campaigns.

Founded in 2009 by Benoît Compagnaud, 3DMAX is a long-standing organisation in the esports space, counting over 15 years of presence.

Following a three-year hiatus between 2020 and 2023, the team has slowly regained its drive and is now currently 13th in the Valve Global Power Rankings as of August 2025. The organisation will participate in global events such as the upcoming Esports World Cup CS2 tournament, ESL Pro League Season 22, among others.

Aside from SteelSeries, 3DMAX counts on the support of CS2 skin unboxing platform Rain.gg, Acer’s gaming brand Predator, INUI Gaming and Simplici Car. While mainly known for its efforts in Counter-Strike, the team previously also competed in League of Legends and VALORANT.

SteelSeries is one of the leading players in the gaming peripheral market. The brand has previously worked with several other esports organisations, including FaZe Clan, OG Esports, and PSG Talon.

“3DMAX is More Than Just a Team”

Stephane Pons, CEO of 3DMAX, commented on the deal: “This partnership with SteelSeries marks a deeply meaningful step in the journey of 3DMAX. 3DMAX is more than just a team. It’s a story of resilience, belief, and passion. SteelSeries joining us on this path is a powerful validation of everything we’ve worked for.

“They’re not just a legendary brand in esports – they’re pioneers who believe in the same values we do – passion, excellence, and long-term commitment. Their support is not just about gear. It’s about vision. About believing in our story, our players, and what we’re building together.”

ESI Ranking System
We’ve created a ranking system to help you quickly know how good each gambling platform is. As gamblers ourselves, we know which factors matter most to you, so we follow a best-in-class methodology to test each one with no stone unturned. Once done, we then rank each platform based on the following tiers:
  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
