NetEase has revealed the Group Stage draw for the Marvel Rivals Ignite Grand Finals, the game’s biggest esports event of the year.

In total, 12 top teams from Ignite Stage 2 will compete at DreamHack Atlanta for the lion’s share of its $1m (~£745,000) prize pool.

NetEase announced online that the 12 rosters from Americas, EMEA, Asia, Oceania, and China will be split into two groups of eight (Group A and Group B).

Here is the distribution of teams that will compete in the Group Stage, running from October 27th to 29th, 2025:

  • Group A
    • Virtus.pro
    • ENVY
    • ChopperMag
    • Aconyx
    • REJECT
    • DarkZero
  • Group B
    • 100 Thieves
    • Citadel Gaming
    • OUG
    • FlyQuest
    • Crazy Raccoon
    • Natus Vincere

Fans have already criticised the distribution of teams, arguing that Group B will prove to be more competitive than Group A. However, only time will tell which eight teams (four from each group) will survive to the Playoffs.

Marvel Rivals Ignite Grand Finals

The Marvel Rivals Ignite Grand Finals is the crowning event of NetEase’s recently introduced esports circuit for the hero shooter, where various organisations from Ignite Stage 2 compete to decide the best team in the world.

The event runs from October 27th to November 2nd, 2025. It will feature a single round-robin Group Stage, with BO3 matches, and A Double-Elimination bracket Playoffs, concluding in a BO7 Grand Final.

The event will have a $1m prize pool, the highest cash prize pool of any Marvel Rivals esports event to date, though the distribution has yet to be revealed as of writing.

The LAN event will take place in DreamHack Atlanta, a gaming festival featuring various esports tournaments such as the SNK World Championships, the Clash of Clans World Championship Finals, and DreamHack Knockout.

Fans who cannot attend the festival in person can watch the Ignite Grand Finals matches live through the official Marvel Rivals Twitch and YouTube channels.
