North American esports organisation ENVY has named gaming peripheral brand ZOWIE as its official monitor partner.

The brand becomes the first partner of the organisation since the owner Mike ‘Hastr0‘ Rufail re-acquired it from OpTic Gaming in January 2025.

Notably, details on what the partnership between the two parties entails were not disclosed. That said, ENVY and ZOWIE are no strangers to joining forces, having worked together previously in 2016.

The organisation unveiled the collaboration with a 30-second video posted on ENVY’s social media. The video shows various highlights from the organisation’s history, including victories in Counter-Strike and Call of Duty tournaments from the past 11 years.

“Really excited to have ZOWIE as the official monitor partner for ENVY again,” wrote Hastr0 on social media. “Our gear is so important and it’s always great to be partners with the best.”

ENVY becomes the latest organisation to partner with ZOWIE, which continues to cement its place as one of the leading peripheral brands in the esports industry.

In June 2025, it launched an esports science lab in the Netherlands, applying sports science to the design of esports peripherals.

November 2025 saw ZOWIE join forces with tournament organiser StarLadder for Counter-Strike’s Budapest Major. The brand supplied its XL2586+ gaming monitor for all three stages of the event, along with the playoffs.

ENVY in 2026

Since Hastr0 re-acquired the ENVY brand, the organisation has undergone significant expansion with the signing of several rosters across a variety of titles. On January 5th, the brand announced its departure from the Rainbow Six scene, pausing competitive operations in the title.

ENVY is among 12 teams competing in this year’s VALORANT Champions Tour (VCT) Americas season. The organisation secured qualification following victory in the VCT Ascension Americas 2025 Grand Final, earning a place in the highest tier of VALORANT esports.

The organisation’s 2026 VCT campaign begins at Americas Kickoff on January 15th with a best-of-three match against Evil Geniuses.
