Esports tournament organiser ESL FACEIT Group has renewed its partnership with gaming peripherals brand ZOWIE.
The renewal will see ZOWIE become the exclusive official monitor supplier for the organiser’s keu Counter-Strike 2 tournaments taking place in 2026 and 2027.
As part of the renewal, ZOWIE will supply its XL2586X+ monitors for all Intel Extreme Masters (IEM) events taking place this and next year. The deal includes June’s IEM Cologne Major, where the world’s best Counter-Strike teams will compete in the first-person shooter title’s crowning event.
In addition to the IEM circuit, the deal covers the next four ESL Pro League seasons, beginning with Season 23, starting on March 1st.
“Expanding our partnership with ZOWIE as our official monitor supplier and global partner empowers us to continue providing the best competition experiences,” said Andreas Jernberg, VP of Brand Partnership Development at ESL FACEIT Group.
“The XL2586X+ monitor, with its 600Hz refresh rate and amazing visuals, is at the forefront of esports technology, and we’re excited to integrate it across our full range of major CS2 events across 2026 and 2027.”
Alongside providing monitors for several events, ZOWIE will feature across tournament broadcasts and host in-person activations. Activations range from product experiences to offering fans chances to win tickets to upcoming tournaments.
ZOWIE’s Counter-Strike Presence
Prior to the expansion, the two parties had already joined forces in 2026 for IEM Kraków 2026, with ZOWIE providing its monitors for ESL FACEIT Group’s first Tier 1 tournament of the year.
Elsewhere, the brand has collaborated with some of the title’s biggest players. In February, ZOWIE entered a partnership with Team Vitality in-game leader Dan ‘apEX’ Madesclaire. As part of the deal, the four-time Major winner will assist with product development andparticipate in sports science testing.
In addition to working with ESL FACEIT Group, the brand has collaborated with the likes of StarLadder in similar deals to provide peripherals for use in tournaments.
