Fortnite KPop Demon Hunters Cup to offer Jinu outfit for free

Epic Games has announced the Fortnite KPop Demon Hunters Cup in partnership with the animated Netflix movie KPop Demon Hunters.

Taking place on February 6th, the tournament will offer the Jinu outfit and Sussie back bling for free to best performing players. Other rewards include the HUNTR/X emotion, Saja Boys emoticon, and Pink Tiger wrap.

According to the latest announcement, KPop Demon Hunters Cup will be a solo tournament played in Battle Royale mode; however, its official description tells players to “duo up”.

The event will feature only a single session across all platforms, including Xbox, PlayStation, mobile, PC, and Switch. The session will last three hours, and participants will be able to play a maximum of 10 matches to earn points based on the eliminations and Victory Royales scored.

The tournament is open to players across the globe except for those based in Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and the regions of Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk. Moreover, players residing outside the European Union and the United States will not be able to participate via iOS devices.

While the Jinu outfit and Sussie back bling will be available to top performers, the other rewards will be awarded to everyone reaching a minimum point threshold. Check out the distribution below across all regions below:

This is the second time Fortnite has collaborated with KPop Demon Hunters, with the latest wave launched as a part of the 39.40 update.
