The Booyah Awards 2025 Recap

The inaugural edition of the award show took place at the Biswa Bangla Mela Prangan in Kolkata. It saw leading Indian Free Fire esports players and creators in attendance, and was open to fans as well.

Notable winners included Total Gaming (Creator of the Year), Desi Gamers (Streamer of the Year – Male), and Pahadi Gamer (Best Sniper of the Year).

It was a momentous event as it marked the first on-ground Free Fire programme in India since the game was banned in 2021. That said, Free Fire MAX continues to be available in the country.

Since then, Garena has expanded its marketing efforts in India with esports tournaments such as the Free Fire MAX India Cup.

Currently, the Free Fire MAX India Cup Spring 2026 is underway, with the Open City Qualifiers concluding earlier this month and the Group Stage set to take place from February 26th to March 8th.

This will be followed by the Knockout Stage, before the top teams clash in the Grand Finals on April 25th and 26th.

ESI Ranking System
We’ve created a ranking system to help you quickly know how good each gambling platform is. As gamblers ourselves, we know which factors matter most to you, so we follow a best-in-class methodology to test each one with no stone unturned. Once done, we then rank each platform based on the following tiers:
  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
