Spanish esports organisation KOI has announced a partnership with data analytics company Shikenso Analytics.

As a result of the deal, KOI will utilise Shikenso’s AI solution to monitor the performance of its current portfolio of partners.

According to Oriol Querol, Managing Director of KOI, the organisation will be able to utilise the AI solution to track, report and improve the impact of its content. The brand analysis should in turn help justify value for its sponsors, the companies said.

Some of KOI’s notable sponsors include Samsung, subscription service Disney+, Spanish mobile virtual network operator Finetwork and car brand Cupra.

KOI is relatively new to the esports scene. The organisation was established in 2021 by Spanish content creator Ibai Llanos and FC Barcelona footballer Gerard Piqué. As of right now KOI currently operates a Spanish team in League of Legends’ European regional league (ERL) ecosystem, as well as a VALORANT roster.

Despite not being in the LEC, League of Legends’ top European league, the organisation has garnered over 569,000 followers on Twitter and above 400,000 on Instagram.

Speaking about the partnership, Arwin Fallah, CEO of Shikenso, commented: “I love seeing new organisations being built from the ground up, and even more so love seeing the professional approach that KOI takes on its strategy.

“The expertise of the organisation’s leadership team challenges us to continuously improve ourselves and our product to meet their expectations. I can’t wait to see what’s in store for the team and look forward to supporting  their journey with our data.”

KOI is among a long list of esports entities that have teamed up with the analytics company. Shikenso’s portfolio includes esports organisations EXCEL ESPORTS and RekT Global, as well as tournament organisers PGL and BLAST Premier, amongst others.

ESI Ranking System
We’ve created a ranking system to help you quickly know how good each gambling platform is. As gamblers ourselves, we know which factors matter most to you, so we follow a best-in-class methodology to test each one with no stone unturned. Once done, we then rank each platform based on the following tiers:
  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
