North American esports and gaming company Wisdom Gaming has bolstered its sales and marketing team through two promotions and the appointment of Carl Levi as its Partnership Director.

Ashley Pinney will been promoted to Vice President of Marketing, meanwhile, Jake Neerland has been named Wisdom Gaming’s Brand Director.

Levi joins the company following nine years as the General Manager and Founding Partner of advertising services firm Ignite Company. In his new role, Levi will aim to identify long-term regional and national partnership opportunities that align with Wisdom Gaming’s initiatives.

Prior to the promotion, Pinney was Wisdom Gaming’s Director of PR and Communication and led various marketing initiatives that included the opening of the Wisdom Gaming Studios. Before Wisdom, Pinney worked with the likes of Xbox Game Pass and children’s entertainment studio pocket.watch.

Neerland first joined the company in 2020 following previous roles such as Head of Social Media and Senior Brand Manager for Wisdom’s esports organisation Torrent. The newly-appointed Brand Director will work across all departments to continue to promote Wisdom’s brand.

The new hire and promotions follow the company’s recent collaboration with esports media and marketing company United Esports. As a result of the deal, the two parties will enhance experiences across Wisdom Gaming’s properties, which includes the Minnesota Varsity League.

Alongside having its own esports organisation, Wisdom Gaming operates in esports production and marketing, content creation, as well as tournament organisation. Most notably, the company partners with Riot Games for its Teamfight Tactics events.

ESI Ranking System
We’ve created a ranking system to help you quickly know how good each gambling platform is. As gamblers ourselves, we know which factors matter most to you, so we follow a best-in-class methodology to test each one with no stone unturned. Once done, we then rank each platform based on the following tiers:
  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
