Esports tournament organiser BLAST has announced a partnership with tournament platform Challengermode ahead of CS:GO’s Paris Major.

Challengermode has been named the official platform partner for BLAST.tv Paris Major’s Qualifiers in Europe and Oceania.

This means that all teams wanting to participate in the open qualifiers for the Major will do so through the Challengermode platform in the two mentioned regions. Challengermode will also handle the closed qualifiers in Europe and Oceania, with all qualifiers taking place online before the Major. The open qualifiers will take place between February 13th and 19th.

This is not the first time the two companies have worked together. In fact, BLAST first partnered with Challengermode in 2021 and used the company’s services to help host the North American and Nordic Qualifiers for the BLAST Premier Spring Showdown.

Besides the CS:GO Major tournament in Paris this May, BLAST recently announced its return to the United States. The company will hold the BLAST Premier Spring Finals in Washington, D.C. later this year.

Andrew Haworth, Commissioner for BLAST Premier, said: “Challengermode is a tried and trusted partner for BLAST and we are delighted to have their expert support in delivering the Qualifiers for Europe and Oceania – which will both provide a key pathway for all aspiring teams in their efforts to reach Counter-Strike’s most iconic event.”

Philip Hubner, CBDO at Challengermode, added: “It’s an honour to be a part of such a milestone event for CS:GO, and an even greater honour to give thousands of aspiring players a chance to play and qualify for an event of this scale.”

ESI Ranking System
We’ve created a ranking system to help you quickly know how good each gambling platform is. As gamblers ourselves, we know which factors matter most to you, so we follow a best-in-class methodology to test each one with no stone unturned. Once done, we then rank each platform based on the following tiers:
  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
