Esports production company WePlay Esports has announced a sports-focused partnership with Ukrainian broadcast company MEGOGO.

As MEGOGO’s official production partner for 2023, WePlay Esports will continue working on Ukrainian sports broadcasts in the future.

The first project that will see the light of day as a part of the new partnership is the Ukrainian broadcast of the current season of the UEFA Champions League, hosted from the WePlay Esports studio in Kyiv.

WePlay Esports has traditionally focused on a range of esports broadcasts, notably Dota 2’s 2021 AniMajor, whilst also utilising its studio. Some of WePlay’s other projects included CS:GO’s WePlay Academy League as well as its partnership with influencer network and media company OTK Media.

The WePlay studio will be an integral part of the partnership with MEGOGO, and will be used for upcoming broadcasts that the two companies have planned. WePlay and MEGOGO first partnered in 2022, working together on the Ukrainian-language broadcasts of the 2022 FIFA World Cup and a boxing match between Tyson Fury and Derek Chisora.

MEGOGO is one of the largest entertainment services in Europe. The company is the exclusive broadcaster of the UEFA Champions League, Europa League and the Conference League in Ukrainian, as well as a number of European football leagues. The company also streams a large number of TV channels and produces audiobooks and voiceover content.

ESI Ranking System
We’ve created a ranking system to help you quickly know how good each gambling platform is. As gamblers ourselves, we know which factors matter most to you, so we follow a best-in-class methodology to test each one with no stone unturned. Once done, we then rank each platform based on the following tiers:
  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
