Esports tournament organiser Relog Media and German esports data company Bayes Esports have joined forces for the Roobet Cup 2023.

As a result of the deal, Bayes Esports will become the Official Data Supplier of the Counter-Strike 2 tournament taking place on October 25th.

Organised by Relog Media, the 2023 Roobet Cup will feature a $250,000 (~£205,347) prize pool and will include the likes of Fnatic, Heroic and Astralis competing.

According to a release, Relog Media and Bayes Esports view the partnership as the ‘beginning’ of its collaboration. The two parties will aim to look for further opportunities to join forces and create ‘innovation within the esports data landscape.’

Bayes Esports is no stranger to the world of esports. In February 2023, the data company expanded its existing partnership with esports-focused betting company GG.BET and in May 2023, it secured a three-year deal with South Korean esports technology company Team Snowball.

In recent years, Relog Media has established itself as a prominent tournament organiser. Prior to hosting the Roobet Cup, it hosted the Home Sweet Home Masters, an online CS:GO event that took place during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Amir Mirzaee, Managing Director and CCO at Bayes Esports, spoke on the deal: “Roobet Cup 2023 is a significant event on the esports calendar, and we are honoured to be the Official Data Supplier.

“This partnership exemplifies our commitment to pioneering official data in the esports industry and underscores the value of accurate and real-time data for players, fans, and stakeholders.”

We’ve created a ranking system to help you quickly know how good each gambling platform is. As gamblers ourselves, we know which factors matter most to you, so we follow a best-in-class methodology to test each one with no stone unturned. Once done, we then rank each platform based on the following tiers:
  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
