Vietnamese esports organisation Team Flash has announced a partnership with hardware brand Razer through its ‘Team Razer’ initiative.
Team Flash players will use Razer’s peripherals during the partnership, including mice, keyboards and headsets. The duration of the partnership was not disclosed.
Team Flash is a prominent Vietnamese esports organisation, known for competing in Arena of Valor and VALORANT. The organisation won the Arena of Valor International Championship in 2019.
Interestingly, Team Flash has a long-standing partnership with South Korean esports organisation Gen.G through its Gen.G Global Academy which led to the creation of an esports camp in Vietnam as well as a scholastic esports programme in the region.
Razer and Team Flash noted that Team Flash players will use an array of products, including the Razer Viper V3 Pro mouse, the Huntsman V3 Pro keyboard and BlackShark V2 Pro headsets. Although billed as a ‘strategic partnership’, no further details were shared.
The partnership with Razer will see the hardware brand added to a long list of commercial partners for the Vietnamese organisation. These include Nivea, Facebook Gaming, Under Armour, Vinamilk and FPT Telecom, with whom the organisation partnered earlier this year to organise tournaments in Vietnam and abroad.
