Community gaming festival Campus Game Fest (CGF) has announced it will return to Singapore following a five-year hiatus.

The event aims to highlight the importance of esports education alongside hosting a range of esports tournaments.

Taking place from October 26th-27th, the event will be held at Singapore’s ITE College Central serving as a showcase for talent within the region to display their skills. In addition to raising awareness of esports education, the Campus Game Fest will also host the Asia Pacific Predator League qualifier featuring a S$10,000 (~£5,878) prize pool.

Alongside the qualifier, the Campus Legends Invitational tournament will take place on both Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and Street Fighter 6. Collegiate teams from across southeast Asia will compete across the two days.

Operated by the Singapore Cybersports and Online Gaming Association, the Campus Game Fest collaborates with several educational establishments and community esports projects with the goal of encouraging sustainability within the industry.

Singapore has established itself as a growing market in esports. In 2025, Esports Insider will return to the country to host its flagship industry event with a focus on esports, gaming, content creation, and education. Tournament organiser BLAST also announced that it will be hosting events in Singapore in 2024 and 2025.

Dennis Ooi, President of SCOGA and Co-chairman of Campus Game Fest, spoke on the news: “Campus Game Fest has always been more than just a celebration of gaming; it’s a platform where students can immerse themselves in the world of esports, media production and content creation.

“By involving students in different areas of the event, we’re fostering hands-on learning experiences beyond traditional education.”

ESI Ranking System
We’ve created a ranking system to help you quickly know how good each gambling platform is. As gamblers ourselves, we know which factors matter most to you, so we follow a best-in-class methodology to test each one with no stone unturned. Once done, we then rank each platform based on the following tiers:
  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
