North American esports organisation Ghost Gaming has launched a Fortnite quest to support non-profit organisation Enduring Hearts.

Available within Ghost Gaming’s Super Pet World island, the quest aims to raise awareness of children waiting to receive heart transplants and pediatric heart research.

Launched on January 30th, 2026, the quest sees players completing a range of objectives to build the Turnipa Backpack, a mechanical device funded by Enduring Hearts that supports heart function while children wait for a transplant.

The collaboration between Ghost Gaming and Enduring Hearts aims to raise awareness of pediatric heart transplant research through engaging players and inspiring further involvement from the gaming and esports communities.

“Games have an incredible ability to tell human stories in ways that are interactive and deeply personal,” said Todd Harris, CEO of Ghost Gaming. “With Heartbeat on the Wind, our goal was to create something meaningful, an experience players remember not just because it’s fun, but because it connects them to a real cause and real families.”

Players can play through the quest until the end of February by searching for Super Pet World in Fortnite’s in-game search bar. Those who complete the quest can earn a range of exclusive rewards.

Ghost Gaming is no stranger to joining forces with medical organisations looking to utilise gaming and esports to connect with communities. In March 2024, it partnered with the United Spinal Association of Georgia to launch an adaptive esports programme for individuals with spinal cord injuries.

Ghost Gaming In 2026

Founded in 2017, Ghost Gaming has continued cementing its place within the North American esports scene and as one of Georgia’s biggest collaborators. In 2024, the organisation partnered with the United States Esports Federation to launch an exchange initiative enabling North American esports players to visit new countries and compete in international tournaments.

ESI Ranking System
We’ve created a ranking system to help you quickly know how good each gambling platform is. As gamblers ourselves, we know which factors matter most to you, so we follow a best-in-class methodology to test each one with no stone unturned. Once done, we then rank each platform based on the following tiers:
  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
