Tundra Esports has confirmed David ‘Parker’ Nicho Flores as a stand-in for PGL Wallachia S7 after Ivan ‘Pure’ Moskalenko was denied a Romanian visa.
The organisation announced the roster change on March 4th. The timing for Pure and Tundra is unfortunate, as the team recently won DreamLeague Season 28 on March 1st.
This isn’t the first time that Pure has had a visa denial. The United States previously rejected his application for PGL Arlington Major 2022 during his Entity stint. Moreover, Germany denied him entry to the Berlin Major 2023 while he played for BetBoom Team.
Tundra Esports are expected to challenge for PGL Wallachia S7 in Bucharest, which is set to commence on March 7th.
Visa Issues Across the Board
It is important to note that Tundra Esports isn’t the only organisation that has been affected by visa complications ahead of PGL Wallachia S7.
Aurora Gaming will compete without Egor ‘Nightfall’ Grigorenko, who has been replaced by Alik ‘V-Tune’ Vorobey. Team Yandex once again has lost its offlaner Evgeniy ‘Noticed’ Ignatenko, with Dmitry ‘DM’ Dorokhin stepping in.
Finally, The International 2025 champion Team Falcons will field Artem ‘Lorenof’ Melnick in place of midlaner Stanislav ‘Malr1ne’ Potorak.
PGL Wallachia Eastern European qualifier winner, Power Rangers, have also been replaced by China’s Vici Gaming due to denied visas.
PGL Wallachia Season 7 begins March 7th with a Swiss-format group stage, followed by double-elimination playoffs that conclude March 15th. The event boasts a $1m (~£748,000) total prize pool.
Parker’s Troubled Professional History
Tundra’s decision to choose Parker as a stand-in has raised some questions, given his controversial past. The Peruvian carry is known for his elite skills, but the player has never stayed with a team for more than a few months.
Notably, paiN Gaming dropped him mid-tournament at DreamLeague Season 28 just weeks ago. Before that, HEROIC benched him in November 2024 after what the organisation called ‘a lack of desire to win’ during a tournament, where he allegedly left a crucial Roshan fight on Medusa to push the middle lane.
He also left Peru Rejects in October 2025 following disagreements with support player Farith ‘Matthew’ Puente, who cited discipline and attitude issues. Matthew mentioned Parker would doze off before matches. In April 2025, he famously fell asleep during an esports tournament.
Despite being at the centre of multiple incidents, Parker previously acknowledged that his career obstacles stem from his own choices. Parker claimed in an interview that he’d “be in Europe making $50,000 a month with a TI trophy” if he could learn English, admitting that top European teams had approached him but were deterred by the language barrier. He ended the statement with: “The problem is… I’m just too lazy.”
The reason Parker remains an asset to Dota 2 organisations is his skill. He was instrumental in HEROIC’s victory at PGL Wallachia Season 2 in 2024, the first international Dota 2 tournament won by a South American team.
