Robin McCammon, Chief Commercial Officer of Excel Esports, commented on the partnership in a release: “We are delighted at the prospect of HyperX continuing with us on our journey to establish Excel as the go-to gaming and Esports organization in the UK. We see significant value in this partnership in the future, allowing Excel Esports to benefit not only from the highest quality HyperX products but to work in collaboration on tactical and meaningful content and activation ideas within the digital space.”

Excel Esports named HyperX the organisation’s official peripherals supplier in June of 2019. As part of the continued partnership, the two companies will roll out various activation ideas that highlight the peripherals and Excel teams, which compete in the League of Legends European Championship (LEC) as well as the UK League Championship (UKLC).

Vincent Lutz, Influencer and Content Marketing Manager for HyperX EMEA, also spoke on the extension: “As one of the earliest investors in Esports, we have seen many teams rise to global prominence and we see the skill, passion and drive Excel has in order to achieve their goal of victory within League of Legends global and national leagues.”

Excel Esports has made a number of strategic partnerships over the past year, including Belong Gaming Arenas as its jersey partner, Neosurf for online payment processing, multinational telecommunications company BT as the organisation’s exclusive lead partner, and most recently, with analytics firm Newzoo to share and explore data.

Esports Insider says: Excel Esports has steadily ramped up its presence as a uniquely British organisation while recognizing its international potential. This is reflected in the recent hires of a new CEO, CCO, and Head of Marketing, as well as forming a strategic data-sharing partnership with Newzoo; all of which should help the esports organisation to navigate its global expansion.

ESI Ranking System
We’ve created a ranking system to help you quickly know how good each gambling platform is. As gamblers ourselves, we know which factors matter most to you, so we follow a best-in-class methodology to test each one with no stone unturned. Once done, we then rank each platform based on the following tiers:
  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
