The meal will be available in KFC’s Cambodian branches, as well as on KFC Delivery and through third-party delivery partners. This includes FoodPanda, Wingmall, Wownow, Nham24, Bloc, Egets, and Muuve, among others.

The first combo meal will be available until August 31st, with other meals planned for September and October. Moreover, the partnership is also expected to include activations such as giveaways for MPL KH fans.

MPL KH is Mobile Legends’s seventh regional league, with the mobile title also hosting tournaments in the Philippines, Indonesia and Brazil. The competition, which concluded its qualifiers earlier this month, will officially commence on August 28th. Teams will compete for the competition’s $40,000 (~£29,134) prize pool and the chance to represent Cambodia in the upcoming M3 World Championships in December 2021.

According to Esports Charts, MPL KH Season 1 Qualifiers recorded a peak viewership of just over 45,000 viewers.
In addition to KFC, the tournament has secured a partnership with regional mobile telecommunications operator Smart.

Esports Insider says: This is a very unique deal, but one that should raise awareness of Mobile Legends’s Cambodian league. It’ll be interesting to see what the event’s viewership will be given the title’s popularity in other regions and MOONTON’s efforts in securing partners.
