North American esports organisation FlyQuest has announced a partnership with data platform Blinkfire Analytics.

As a result of the partnership, FlyQuest will gain sponsorship tracking and valuation across its social media and streaming platforms. The partnership includes both FlyQuest’s own channels as well as its teams, players and influencers.

Blinkfire Analytics, founded in 2013, utilises AI and machine learning to evaluate social media and sponsorship data. It provides organisations with data that can help showcase the value it brings to current and future sponsors or partners.

Whilst primarily being known for its League of Legends roster that competes in North America’s franchised league, the LCS, FlyQuest is also present in the Super Smash Bros. scene.

FlyQuest’s only major commercial partner for 2023, according to its website, is financial services company Mastercard. The two companies first announced a sponsorship deal in January 2022 and have since collaborated on a range of activations that centre around FlyQuests’ sustainability ethos. Last year, the North American esports organisation was acquired by the Viola family office, the owners of NHL team Florida Panthers, for an undisclosed amount.

FlyQuest joins a long list of notable esports organisations that use Blinkfire’s services to optimise sponsorships. Blinkfire’s portfolio includes the likes of FaZe Clan, Misfits, TSM, Furia, 100 Thieves, OpTic Gaming and Sentinels.

Speaking to Esports Insider, Johnny Kutnowski, VP of Product & Head of Esports at Blinkfire, commented: “We’re excited to add another innovative esports organisation to Blinkfire’s growing list of customers.

“Our footprint across esports has expanded over the past two years, as we have become the leading sponsorship valuation platform for esports organisations, teams, and players. We can’t wait to help FlyQuest unlock new sponsorship opportunities and grow across social media and streaming.”
