Esports Awards has announced a partnership with gaming and esports job platform Hitmarker ahead of this year’s ceremony.

As a result of the deal, it has become a media partner of the ceremony, which will host the Decade Awards to mark the ceremony’s tenth anniversary.

The 2025 edition of the Esports Awards will celebrate ten years since the inaugural ceremony took place in London in 2015. This year’s categories include Esports Game of the Decade, Streamer of the Decade, Esports Team of the Decade, and more.

Esports Insider has been nominated for the Esports Content and Coverage Platform of the Decade award.

Hitmarker becomes the third partner of the event, joining sports performance brand Oakley and the Esports World Cup. In 2024, the awards show partnered with the Saudi-backed esports tournament in a three-year deal, which will see the show return to Riyadh for a second time on August 24th.

The involvement of the Esports World Cup has already resulted in several stakeholders leaving its panel due to its ties with Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund, which continues to generate criticism surrounding sportswashing to distract from its human rights exploitation record.

Founded in 2017, Hitmarker has become one of the world’s largest job platforms specialising in esports and gaming. In the past three years, it has secured partnerships with the likes of National Student Esports and health insurance firm SafetyWing.

In addition to the Esports Awards, the company behind the ceremony also operates the Mobies, a dedicated mobile gaming awards that last took place in November 2024. Information on 2025’s event has yet to be revealed though.

How To Watch Esports Awards 2025

With voting for the Decade Awards now closed, attention has shifted towards the ceremony, where the winners across several categories will be revealed.

To watch the award show live, fans can tune into the Esports Awards’ YouTube, Twitch, and X accounts on August 24th.

ESI Ranking System
We’ve created a ranking system to help you quickly know how good each gambling platform is. As gamblers ourselves, we know which factors matter most to you, so we follow a best-in-class methodology to test each one with no stone unturned. Once done, we then rank each platform based on the following tiers:
  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
