FUT Esports has announced its debut in the Marvel Rivals esports scene by unveiling its newly signed roster.
The esports organisation has brought on board seven players from the All Business roster in the EMEA region, and is set to compete in Marvel Rivals Ignite Stage 2.
These are all the Marvel Rivals professional players that have joined FUT Esports:
- Daniel ‘Isidor‘ Karlsson – Vanguard
- Thomas ‘Blaxou‘ Maxime – Vanguard
- Eamonn Paul ‘DEAMONN‘ Hawkins – Duellist
- Pavle ‘Kl0sar‘ Raičević – Strategist
- Philip ‘Munkmutta‘ Tegman – Duellist
- Matti ‘Znost‘ Phillip Mueller – Strategist
- ‘Imperator‘ – Flex (Substitute)
The former All Business players have been active in the esports scene since February this year, competing in events such as Rivals Fight Night, the Seasonal Championships, and Ignite Stage 1. The roster’s greatest accomplishment so far has been placing third in the Season 1 Championships after losing 1-4 to Luminosity Gaming EU.
The upcoming Ignite tournament will see top contenders such as Natus Vincere, which recently signed the Mid-Season Finals champion roster, and Stage 1 EMEA Champions Citadel Gaming. However, backing from FUT Esports may prove to be the push the team needs to become the dark horse of the competition and secure a place in the Ignite Grand Finals.
Roster Moves Ahead of Ignite Stage 2
FUT Esports’ entry marks the latest development within the Marvel Rivals esports scene, as various organisations shift rosters ahead of Ignite Stage 2.
100 Thieves recently welcomed Jacob ‘Nuk‘ Allen to its active roster, a player who formerly competed for Michael ‘Shroud‘ Grzesiek’s organisation, SHROUD-X. Ignite Stage 1 Americas champion, Sentinels, welcomed Jilani ‘Avery’ Bouajila shortly after parting ways with three members of its original Mid-Season Finals roster.
Shortly after ending its contract with its Mid Season Finals-winning Rad EU roster, Rad Esports announced its return to the Americas scene with a brand new roster under its helm.
However, other organisations, such as Season 2 EMEA championship winners, Ex Oblivionne, have recently exited the scene after several months of competitive play.
