Spanish esports organisation Giants Gaming has announced a partnership with internet and telecom provider DIGI for the duration of 2023.
As part of the deal, DIGI’s logo will appear on the back of the jerseys of Giants’ esports teams.
DIGI’s branding will also feature across all social networks of the organisation and its content creators and will be included in the broadcasts of the teams’ matches. Brands like Chupa Chups, KitKat, Nike, and Burger King are also amongst the organisation’s jersey sponsors.
Moreover, both entities will work hand in hand on different campaigns and content creation opportunities. In particular, the partnership will further be showcased during the organisation’s participation in League of Legends’ LVP Superliga as well as the VALORNAT Champions Tour (VCT).
Apart from DIGI, the organisation’s roster of partners also boasts the likes of Nestlé brand Nesquik, Hot Wheels and Sony Music Spain, among others. Not long ago, Giants also teamed up with web3 esports platform FITCHIN, signifying the latter’s official expansion into Europe.
José Ramón Díaz, Owner and CEO of Giants, commented on the partnership: “DIGI is a company in continuous growth that is devoted to gaming and its fibre network, the fastest in Spain, seeks to lead its industry as we always seek to shine in ours, that of competitive video games.
“We share values and objectives and we are very satisfied with this agreement with which we are sure that we will continue to achieve objectives together.”
Giants Gaming is owned by Good Game Group. The company’s other properties include organisation X6TENCE as well as media publications Esportmaniacos and BCN Fighters.
