ABOUT

It’s been over 730 days since we last saw you in person at ESI London 2019.
Since then, everything has changed – including our events.
At ESI London 2021, we’re giving conferences a refresh.
In addition to our usual blend of the best agendas, speakers and sessions, it’s time for esports networking to level up too.

We’ve made sure you can be among the first to take advantage of a new, personable way to mingle with hundreds of other attendees. Attendees can stick to the traditional drink and business card combo, or take part in Axe Throwing, VR Gaming, or Pop Golf competitions. Either, or, you’ll be able to build meaningful relationships.

For those more comfortable with private, quiet meetings, we’ve got you; the Beatbox space will provide this throughout both days, also a space for those needing to take the laptop and get to those emails on-site.

Our venue, BOXPARK Wembley, is full to the brim with various gourmet delicacies for you to enjoy, regardless of your dietary needs. Or, if feeding the mind is your primary focus, rest assured that we’re cooking up an unmissable agenda, bursting with sessions across various themes within the industry.

We’re back. #ESILONDON

NETWORKING

FUN & GAMES

The Meetspace VR game (4v4) will be running throughout both days and is freely available to attendees to book & take part, so whether solo or with a team, get involved. We promise, it’s great fun.

Day 1 we’ll have Pop Golf in the evening, and on Day 2 it’ll be Axe Throwing, plus a quiz, so lots of good-times options!

TRADITIONAL

The Playbox Networking Bar is conveniently located right outside the main conference room with ample seating areas behind the big screen.

BOXPARK is known for its exceptional range of great food & beverage options, and they’ll be there throughout for ESI London attendees to pick from.

For those important sit down meetings, we’ve reserved the Beatbox space downstairs for the duration of the two days. Think of it as the Quiet Carriage on the train. You can use this space for meetings or to catch up on emails as and when you please!

AGENDA

DAY 1 – 8 NOVEMBER

– Morning –
Doors open at 9AM! Breakfast, teas & coffee served.

DAY 2 – 9 NOVEMBER

– Morning –
Day 2’s festivities will commence at the same time, so pop back in at 9AM for breakfast, tea & coffee. Tuesday morning’s sessions will focus on “Esports and Communities”, with plenty of speakers eager to discuss the importance of the collectiveness of esports consumers.

– Lunch Break –
We’ll break for lunch at 12.30PM and attendees will be able to pick from any of the 20+ eateries on-site, from Argentinian to Vietnamese. Will you stick with what you had the previous day, or try something new?

– Afternoon –
Finish up your lunches by 1:30PM and dive into the afternoon sessions which will touch on the elephant in the e-room: “In Play – the State of Esports & Betting, 2021”.

– Late Afternoon –
After a 30 minute break, we will return at 4PM and dive into the final sessions of ESI London: “Reaching New Audiences – Esports Sustainability”, again finishing up around 6PM.

– Evening –
The second night of networking- but make it fun! Drinks will be flowing even more at the bar (don’t worry, they’re still included)  and the usual huge variety of delicious food will still be available throughout the venue. Day 2’s evening fun consists of an Axe Throwing competition at Bad Axe for those eager to throw an axe at a target… ?

ESPORTS X BRANDS WORKSHOP

We’ve curated a specialised, exclusive Esports x Brands Workshop presented by SPORTFIVE tailored to your needs, providing a special space only the select few can access. Expect a presentation, case study, and a ‘round table’ style discussion with optional speed-dating type meetings. If you represent a brand that’s looking to make meaningful, lasting connections within esports (we can help with the intros), you won’t want to miss this.

We’re expecting a great mix of attendees from sports, betting, brands and more!

Thank you to the ESI team for giving us the opportunity to speak at ESI Birmingham. It was a fantastic event providing an invaluable amount of insight on esports, which is testament to the strength of ESI's relationships within the esports industry. We are looking forward to the next event already!
PwC
ESI London was a great opportunity to connect and knowledge share with members of the esports community and industry. It was great to discuss the challenges and opportunities facing esports as it continues to grow from strength to strength.  As more traditional brands attempt to enter this space and navigate through the complexities of the landscape, being able to discuss these important issues in an open forum is hugely valuable as everyone in this space continues to shape the future of esports.

Head of Digital Business Initiatives and Esports, Formula 1
We feel that it's really important to keep educating people, brands and agencies on esports. ESI creates the right environment and brings the relevant person to the table to achieve exactly that; I'm looking forward to be part of their events for the years to come!
Nicolas Maurer -
CEO, Team Vitality
ESI Birmingham was by far one of the best networking opportunities I have had. The wide range of speakers and topics covered really gives a huge insight into the world of Esports. I can honestly say that without ESI events, I wouldn’t have made so many connections. I had the opportunity to gain exclusive backstage access to the biggest UK esports event. It was a fantastic experience which I would not of had without attending this ESI event. Professional, reliable, networking.
Callum Scott -

Quite simply, ESI, that is both the site and their events, is a great place to promote your brand while also connecting with leaders in the industry.

ESI London represents a great opportunity for us, as a leading esports solutions provider, to be present and contribute to the conversation and to then positively influence the thinking of others who are learning more about the space.
Martin Wyatt -
