Swedish esports organisation Ninjas in Pyjamas has entered a three-year partnership with esports data platform Shikenso Analytics.

As a result of the deal, Ninjas in Pyjamas will utilise Shikenso’s analytics tools to analyse the performance of its partnerships across a number of its social media channels and streaming platforms.

The deal will enable Ninjas in Pyjamas to evaluate and compare the performance of its existing partners which includes the likes of bookmaker Betway and sportswear brand FILA.

Partnering with Shikenso Analytics marks the first collaboration for the organisation since completing its merger with ESV5 ESPORT GROUP CO in January 2023. Aside from partnerships, Ninjas in Pyjamas continues to bolster its backroom staff. In October 2023, Fabio Fusco joined the organisation as its new Head of Partnership Sales in a bid to grow its partnership roster.

Ninjas in Pyjamas is the latest of several esports organisations and tournament organisers that have secured deals with Shikenso Analytics. Throughout 2023, the platform has expanded its extensive list of clients with its most recent additions including the likes of Team Vitality, 9INE and BLAST Premier.

Shikenso Analytics becomes the ninth partner of Ninjas in Pyjamas alongside the likes of peripherals brand Razer and blockchain solutions company Zilliqa.

Jonas Gundersen, Group COO of Ninjas in Pyjamas, spoke on the deal: “Graduating from being an esports team of gamers into mainstream gaming brands, means there’s a drastic need for modernising the infrastructure.

“NIP Group has long  been focused on a data-driven approach to business operations, and adding Shikenso as a strategic partner in data analytics is the natural next step in building the core of what our current and future  commercial offering will shape into.”
