100 Thieves has announced that it is welcoming professional player Jacob ‘Nuk‘ Allen to its Marvel Rivals roster ahead of Ignite Stage 2.

The player joins 100 Thieves as its latest Strategist, known for proficiency with characters such as Luna Snow, Loki and Rocket Raccoon.

Nuk originally played for SHROUD-X, an organisation owned by Michael ‘Shroud‘ Grzesiek, competing in events such as Rival Fight Night. However, the roster’s contract with SHROUD-X ended on August 16th, and several of its players have since signed with other teams.

It’s a major move for Nuk as 100 Thieves has become one of the most successful teams in the North American scene, with several noteworthy results over the past year.

100 Thieves cemented its name in Marvel Rivals after winning the 2025 North America Invitational. From there, it finished second in the Season 1 Championship, were runners-up in The Shroud Gauntlet, came just shy of first place in Ignite Stage 1 Americas, and placed third in the Mid-Season Finals.

Roster Changes Ahead of Ignite Stage 2

The Marvel Rivals competitive scene is heating up as teams make last-minute adjustments to rosters ahead of Ignite Stage 2. 100 Thieves is not the only organisation to make substantial changes in the hopes of qualifying for the Ignite Grand Finals.

Ignite Stage 1 EMEA champions, Citadel Gaming, shocked the scene after signing Adam ‘Meliø‘ Jensen, a former member of the Mid-Season Finals winning roster, as its latest Duellist.

Furthermore, after ending its contract with the international champions, RAD Esports re-entered the Americas scene with a new roster under its helm. As it currently stands, the international champion roster is still in search of an organisation to sign with, and is currently competing as Team1.

While some organisations welcome new players, others say goodbye to old ones. Gen.G Esports unveiled its new Marvel Rivals roster shortly after parting ways with four members of its original roster. Ignite Stage 1 Americas champion, Sentinels, also parted ways with three players following its performance in the Mid Season Finals.
