Stefy Bau is a former 3-time Women’s World Motocross Champion. She has 20+ years of experience in the motorcycle and two-wheel electric transportation industry including serving as general manager of the FIM Women’s World Motocross Championship, President and Founder of a Motorsports Management agency, and CEO of Fantic North America. In September 2019, Stefy co-founded Init Esports with 2 other women from the motorsports industry. Init Esports focuses on SIM-Racing and the development of women in gaming. Init Esports is the official promoter of the AMA (American Motorcyclist Association) esports tournaments and preferred channel on Twitch for two-wheel racing streaming. Stefy also serves on the Advisory board of Wist (Women In Sports Tech) and continues to mentor women in sports and gaming to help grow the community.
